Description

Something brought you here. Even if you can’t quite name it, yet.

Mental health systems cause harm — quietly, consistently, and often in the places meant to help most. We see the impact on our friends, families, and communities. We live with it ourselves.

Most of us sense this before we can explain it.

Without language. Without context. Without a framework — that feeling stays stuck.

The Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship can help. And it all begins with witnessing.

Witness is the first tier of the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship — an accessible, structured program developed by Dr. Rupi Legha, a Harvard-trained, double-board-certified psychiatrist and one of the leading voices on racism as a public health issue.

This tier is for everyone. No clinical background required. No credential. No cause. Just a willingness to look.

BY THE END OF WITNESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Recognize how racism shows up in mental health systems
  • Understand the history and mechanisms of psychiatric harm
  • Begin developing a critical lens for identifying complicity — including your own

THIS IS NOT ABOUT SHAME.

It’s about clarity. You can’t protect people — or yourself — from systems you don’t understand.
