The first three tiers of the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship form a complete arc — from foundational awareness to historical reckoning to present-tense analysis. Developed by Dr. Rupi Legha, Harvard-trained, double-board-certified psychiatrist and one of the leading voices on racism as a public health crisis.

Advocate+ is designed for those who want to complete the full 15-module Fellowship at their own pace, with individualized support along the way. Because Advocate+ is open enrollment, your live learning takes place through four private 1:1 sessions with Dr. Rupi Legha over the course of your Fellowship year.

This tier takes you all the way to the threshold of Shield — where the Protective Care Framework™ becomes executable in practice.

OPEN ENROLLMENT

Advocate+ is available on a rolling basis. Your Fellowship begins when you enroll, and you’ll have access to the complete Witness + Advocate + Advocate+ curriculum for one year.

Your four private 1:1 sessions with Dr. Rupi Legha can be used across that Fellowship year to deepen your learning, work through questions arising from the curriculum, and connect the material to your own practice and context.
