Changing minds. Changing systems. Reclaiming our joy!

Hi, I’m Dr. Rupi Legha.

HARVARD TRAINED. HUMANITY FOCUSED.

As a Harvard-trained psychiatrist who has worked across four continents, this work taught me something critical: mental health systems often harm the people they’re supposed to help especially Black, Indigenous, trans, and marginalized communities.

That's why I founded Antiracist MD: to change how mental health care works.

Through my clinical practice and the Protective Care Framework™ (trademark pending), I train clinicians to shield families from harm instead of adding to it. If you’re a practitioner ready to work differently, an organization committed to real change, or a family looking for care that protects I’d love to work with you.
