2) YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO USE THIS PRODUCT SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK

By purchasing this product, you agree to take full responsibility for your results or lack thereof. As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, lived experience, expertise, relationship capital, and level of desire. Rupinder K Legha MD PC (Antiracist MD) makes no representations, warranties, nor guarantees verbally or in writing regarding the impact of this fellowship. The testimonials used are exceptional results and not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success and impact from the fellowship depend on their background, dedication, desire, and motivation. This fellowship offers no professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice to anyone enrolled.

Antiracism work is demanding. It can bring joy and transformation but often requires a great deal of effort emotionally and intellectually. People sometimes feel ambivalent about it and might waver about their decision to engage in it. Discomfort happens frequently, particularly as individuals advance in their antiracism journeys. You take full responsibility for your decision to enroll in this fellowship and for any decision you make to leave it, should the content feel too provocative. Dr. Legha encourages individuals to reflect on their resources (time, emotional, financial, support network, logistical, other) and self-care practices carefully before enrolling in the fellowship. She recommends considering additional 1:1 sessions with her if you feel like you would benefit from additional educational support (note: additional fees apply for alternative educational engagements).

3) CODE OF CONDUCT

To foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment, all participants of the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship are expected to adhere to the following guidelines–always but particularly during group discussions:

  1. Respect and Empathy: Treat all participants, including Dr. Legha, with respect and empathy. Acknowledge and honor the diverse lived experiences and perspectives shared during fellowship activities.
  2. Engaged Participation: Actively participate in group discussions and other fellowship activities with a commitment to learning, growth, and collaboration.
  3. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, ensuring that personal information or reflections shared by others are not disclosed outside the fellowship.
  4. Constructive Dialogue: Approach difficult conversations with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Critique ideas respectfully without resorting to personal attacks or dismissive behavior.
  5. Self-Awareness and Accountability: Be mindful of how your words and actions may impact others. Accept feedback graciously and commit to making changes when needed.

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the fellowship (without refund), as outlined in the terms and conditions.

4) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fellowship materials are copyrighted. Rupinder K Legha MD PC (Antiracist MD) owns all intellectual property associated with the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship. In cases where Antiracist MD  does not, it will legally cite the creator or owner of that intellectual property. Copying, duplicating, displaying, distributing, or otherwise reproducing assets from this product outside of your product participation is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances can materials be shared or distributed with anyone else without written permission from Antiracist MD. Upon enrollment in the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship, the only person who is allowed to access the materials is the single individual enrolled. For those enrollees wishing to share the materials or to expose colleagues to the fellowship’s pedagogy, contact Dr. Legha about enrolling these other individuals or joining the waitlist for the next fellowship experience. Sharing materials without Dr. Legha’s involvement and permission is grounds for immediate dismissal from the fellowship with no refund provided. Please do not copy-paste or screenshot and share materials.

5) FELLOWSHIP RULES AND GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL

The Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship’s goal is to teach healthcare providers how to protect clients/ patients from the racism embedded within healthcare and beyond. Antiracist MD strives to provide an optimal educational experience for all participants. Dr. Legha welcomes anyone and everyone to the fellowship and takes her role as steward of this content and guide for this journey very seriously. She is here to call you in, bring you in, and support you throughout. At any time, however, Dr. Legha reserves the right to dismiss any individual from the fellowship. Grounds for dismissal may include but are not limited to: sharing or distributing materials without written permission, dominating the group discussion in a way that is counterproductive for other learners, engaging in defensive behavior (e.g. denial or minimization of racism and its related human rights atrocities), or engaging in any kind of microaggression towards fellow learners or Dr. Legha. While critique is welcomed, disrespect is prohibited. Individuals who are dismissed will be notified immediately by email and will not receive refunds.

6) GROUP DISCUSSIONS

The purpose of group discussions–which are only offered at certain tiers (Advocate and above)– is to give learners an opportunity to ask questions about the lecture material and to practice engaging in meaningful dialogue with Dr. Legha primarily but also with other learners. These discussions are considered an educational highlight of the fellowship. Dr. Legha will approach them as a sacred space and will ask learners to do the same.

Because antiracism is such a rich and at times provocative topic, Dr. Legha will lead them in a way that preserves boundaries while optimizing learning. The group discussions will include a mix of people with varied expertise pertaining to racism, racial identity development statuses, racial identities, and experiences being racialized or discriminated against. They will also include people who presumably do not know one another. They will not be conducted as racial affinity groups. While they strive to be supportive, they are NOT group therapy. Relying on her years of expertise facilitating racial dialogue, Dr. Legha will do her best to moderate and guide the group sessions but cannot control what other participants say. Individuals participating in the group discussions do so at their own risk.

Individuals who enroll in the group discussions agree to review and adhere to the living agreements Dr. Legha establishes for the group sessions. Learners who enroll in the group discussion format will not be refunded if they skip sessions, are not allowed to enter them due to late arrival, or to re-enter them if they are asked to leave, due to counterproductive behavior. If learners present questions or materials that are not suitable for a group discussion format, Dr. Legha will invite them to book a 1:1 session with her to discuss further.

Dr. Legha asks participants to arrive on time. Sessions lock after 5minutes.  The group discussions will be recorded and shared with fellowship participants only and should not be shared with anyone who is not enrolled in the fellowship.

Group Discussions will take place on the days and times Dr. Legha specifies, usually Wednesdays between 4pm and 7pm PST. Dr. Legha will do her very best to honor the dates and times she establishes but reserves the right to change them should an emergency arise. In the rare event of an emergency, participants will be notified via email as soon as possible and with the goal of 24 hours in advance. Exact times for the fellowship will be determined once the group convenes for the first time (for the fall 2026 revamp, the first group session is scheduled for 9/2/26  at 4pm PST). Group discussions are only offered for certain tiers.

7) INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

The purpose of the individual sessions is to give learners an opportunity to meet with Dr. Legha 1:1 so she can curate a more individualized antiracism in mental health educational experience. The individual sessions will not follow any set structure. Rather, learners are encouraged to bring their questions and responses to the lecture material and group discussions to this space. During these sessions, Dr. Legha will help participants explore their own relationship to race and racism so they can advance their journey further. Learners are also welcome to bring case material to discuss. The individual sessions strive to be a rich, individualized learning opportunity that solidifies fellowship concepts. Learners who watch the videos and complete the assigned readings and journal exercises stand to gain the most from the 1:1 sessions.

Learners should plan to complete all of their individual sessions in a timely manner as recommended by Dr. Legha and before a year after enrolling in the fellowship at the latest.

The cancellation policy for the individual sessions is five business days. If, for example, a learner needs to cancel a Friday 2 pm PST session, they have until the Friday a week before at 2 pm PST to reschedule. Learners who cancel their appointments will be given limited time slots for rescheduling based on Dr. Legha’s availability. Therefore, we highly recommend scheduling all four sessions by the end of the fellowship’s first official month. No-shows will not be refunded.

To protect privacy, these sessions are not recorded.

8) CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CREDITS

As part of the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship, eligible participants can earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Education (CE) credits through Learner+, a reflective learning platform that allows healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary providers to earn credits through structured self-reflection connected to clinically relevant educational activities.

How It Works

Once your fellowship start date begins, register for an individual Learner+ subscription (currently approximately $50/year). This subscription allows unlimited reflective-credit activity for the duration of your enrollment.

To earn a credit:

  1. Engage with a learning moment — a lecture, a key reading, a group discussion, a 1:1 session with Dr. Legha, or an attempt to practice an antiracist clinical strategy.
  2. Open the corresponding Learner+ self-reflection activity and complete the guided prompts, addressing:
    • what you learned
    • how the material connects to your clinical or professional work
    • how the learning may shape your future practice, leadership, advocacy, or systems-level thinking
  3. Submit your reflection through the Learner+ platform. Each completed reflection earns 1 CME/CE credit.

Credit Opportunities

At minimum, participants can earn 1 credit per core lecture:

  • 5 credits — Witness module lectures
  • 5 credits — Advocate module lectures
  • 5 credits — Advocate Plus module lectures

Minimum: 15 CME/CE credits

Beyond the core lectures, additional credits are available through:

  • key readings
  • reflective exercises
  • group discussions and 1:1 sessions with Dr. Legha
  • practicing antiracist clinical strategies

Participants who engage across these additional opportunities may earn well beyond the 15-credit minimum.

Why Reflective CME?

The Fellowship is grounded in the belief that transformative learning requires more than passive attendance. Reflective CME/CE activities create space to critically engage the material, connect it to real-world practice, and thoughtfully consider how learning can inform ethical, equitable, and human-centered care — putting you in control of your own learning experience and credits.

Important Notes

  • CME rules are highly specific and vary by state and profession. Before enrolling, confirm with your state board whether this fellowship’s content qualifies as CME for your profession.
  • Registering for and paying for a Learner+ account, and completing the reflection process to access your certificate, is the learner’s responsibility.
  • Rupinder K. Legha, MD, PC and the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship cannot guarantee that any state board will accept these credits. Learners are encouraged to submit fellowship materials to their board directly to confirm acceptance.
  • Please review the Learner+ terms and conditions, which are subject to change.
  • The fellowship welcomes all learners, whether or not they are seeking CME/CE credit.

9) ACCESS TO ANTIRACISM IN MENTAL HEALTH FELLOWSHIP MATERIALS

The first lecture from the Witness tier is available upon enrolling. Upon completion of sessions, students will have 24-hour reflection periods before the next session releases. This is called the drip method because it requires students to go through slowly and intentionally connect with the work which is essential in a program like this covering this kind of content. Learners have access to lectures for 1 year after enrollment. Learners can pay an additional fee to maintain their access.

10) CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Enrollment in this fellowship is non-refundable. Once an individual enrolls and processes payment for the fellowship, no refunds will be given. Payments are final to ensure commitment and integrity. Payment plans are offered through Paypal, Stripe, Klarna, and Link–but only through their terms and conditions (see below).

11) THIRD- PARTY VENDORS/SERVICES

Throughout this fellowship, we will be working with several third-party vendors and services, including Calendly, Paypal, Stripe, Learner+, Google/Gmail, Klarna, Link, and LearnDash. Please carefully review their policies and terms and agreements, to which the fellowship and all related activities are subject. Regarding payment for the fellowship, please pay attention to PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Link’s terms and conditions in particular. They may offer financing options with or without interest. Individuals who enroll in the fellowship using Stripe, Paypal, Klarna, or Link payment plans are subject to their terms and conditions.

While these third-party services (Calendly, Paypal, Stripe, Learner+, Google/Gmail, Klarna, Link, LearnDash) are carefully selected to support the fellowship’s operations, Rupinder K Legha MD PC and the Antiracism in Mental Health Fellowship are not responsible for any errors, disruptions, or issues arising from the use of these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any of these outlets discontinuing their services.

Participants are encouraged to review the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these third-party vendors before use. By enrolling in the fellowship, participants acknowledge and accept that any disputes, technical issues, or adverse outcomes related to third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective service provider and are outside the responsibility or control of the fellowship.

14) 18 AND OLDER

Fellowship enrollment is only for adults 18 and older. By purchasing enrollment, I confirm that I am 18 or older.
